Camps, Classes & Workshops
The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science invites your homeschooler to join us for a series of hands-on, exciting and challenging classes to supplement the science curriculum you use at home. Each module focuses on a particular subject and consists of five, 2-hour sessions that allow us to explore each subject in depth, using fun activities, experiments and the cool resources onsite here at the Museum. A minimum of 10 students per class is necessary to proceed. To register for a module, students must enroll in all five sessions of the module.
- MiniCamp (Register Now!)
During teacher workdays, the Museum offers exciting and educational one-day camps that are sure to appeal to the scientist in everyone.
- Spring Camp
Turn those days off from school into a week of science fun at the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science. From fossils to space, everyday is a new topic and a adventure. Campers will also get to experience two new exhibits, planetarium star shows and live animal interactions.
- Summer Camp
Join us for our 50th annual Summer Camp. Classes are available for kids ages 4 to 14 (going into Pre-K to 8th grade) from June 15th to August 7th.
- Winter Camp
Put on your explorer hat, grab your field guide, and take a virtual trip around the world to investigate different habitats. Learn how the plants, animals, and climates work together to form the building blocks essential to making each unique environment.
*Refunds are not issued for camp classes. If for some reason a student needs to withdraw from a class they were previously registered for, a Museum credit will be given. This credit is good for for one year from the date of issue and may be applied to any camp classes or towards a Museum Membership
